stuff

hola! i had the best date last night with my girlfriend! we met for sapporo's and sushi at a fabulous little restaurant over looking south tulsa. the weather was so nice, we sat outside! we also went to the mall and hit the MAC counter. i spent $90 on new product..... it was SO FUN! i won't bore the rest of you, but bunny -- i'll email you with details! i also picked up my new glasses yesterday, and i feel 100% better now that i can see again. i look so smart - see? lol. i broke my other specs almost a year ago, and have procrastinated about getting new ones. i don't like to wear glasses, but i'm too lazy to put contacts in every day... plus, my eyes aren't bad enough to really have to mess with it. anyway -blah blah blah.... my sister's husband called from iraq again last night. he has been calling more than we ever expected, so this is a goood thing for my sis. she's handling everything pretty well - i'm so proud of her. i don't know what i'd do if my love got taken away from me for any extended amount of time. boo hoo. it breaks my heart just thinking about it. i'm having dinner with my best friend in the whole world tonight, and i'm SO excited about it! she is in her last semester of college - interning with k-5 kids - i'm sure there will be fun stories to tell. she reads the blog, and is freaked out about internet anything.... but i'll try to talk her into letting me post a picture. she is a beautiful creature, and will make for some good eye candy. lol. (hi podie!) i'm listening to the kelly clarkson CD right now... haven't in a while. this girl can really blow, man. argh, i need to go on AI. she is still my favorite AI contestant ever.... who's yours?
