TGIF

it's only 70*, but at least it's not raining today!  at my workplace, we don't comply with the company policies much --- but everyone takes full advantage of the summer hours.  we leave at noon every other friday from memorial day to labor day.  it's very nice!  today is my day, and guess how i get to spend my entire afternoon?  moving!  oh, i'm so excited!  the plan is to get all of the stuff into storage that i can, and only leave the heavy furniture for the boys tomorrow.  i am off tonight from the restaurant, so i'll have all afternoon and all evening to accomplish this task.  may the force be with me.  recently, i cleaned out my closet and gave away 2 huge boxes of clothes and i still have enough to clothe a small army.  73 pairs of shoes, too.  how ridiculous is that?  at least 20 of them are black, strappy heals, too.  ugh.  why do women feel we must have a gazillion pairs of shoes?  why?!?  anyway, my weekend will be consumed by moving duties, but i hope i have at least a little time to have fun.  there's always time for fun, isn't there?  right now is not fun, as it's 8:45 in the morning, and Chompy has already started in on the ice.  for the love of EVERYTHING HOLY....
