blah!

i am still at home sick. blek. i feel a lot better, just puny and weak. being that today is good friday, my company was giving us the after noon off anyway, so i decided to stay home one more day and really get over this before i went back. plus, i've gotten a lot done at home. i don't know how working mothers find time to do ANYTHING. much respect for you guys. i mean, really, who has time to do laundry, cook, clean, etc., unless you take a day off of work?? :-) maybe my priorities are not really in the order of a mother. let's see. work, meet friends for happy hour, watch shows that were Tivo'd, shower, get in bed. yeah, there's not a lot of room for anything family oriented there.

the wifey comes home late tomorrow night, and i couldn't be more excited. the alone time was fabulous, but i'm ready to have my best good friend back.
